Dynamic Dinosaur Duo

Dennis Avery met Ricardo Breceda in the late 1990’s in Borrego Springs, CA. Dennis was a shop owner, land owner, community mover and shaker and a dinosaur aficionado. Ricardo was a Mexican Immigrant, injured badly in a construction accident in Durango, Mexico, trying to support his family, a welder and a dinosaur aficionado. Dennis saw some of Ricardo’s metal sculptures of dinosaurs driving down the road one day…a Dynamic Dinosaur Duo was born.

Eventually the Duo added other animals once or presently native to the area. 

Of course there are some mythical beings to be seen as well.

Presently there are one hundred thirty-three of Ricardo’s sculptures on land Dennis owns in the Borrego Springs, CA area. Sadly, one member of the Dynamic Dinosaur Duo, Dennis, passed away a few years ago. Ricardo is still welding in Borrego Springs.
