Wanderers in Wonder

One would be hard pressed to find any nicer beaches in the lower forty-eight than one will find on eastern Long Island, NY. Miles of open beach with no buildings destroying the views. The causeways across the Great South Bay to the offshore barrier islands wherein the beaches are located are free from commercial/residential development with no billboards allowed. Open to all, not just local residents…hello NJ. Truly magnificent.

My feelings exactly after driving the Motorhome, with Jeep attached, through the Motorhome unfriendly Highways and Byways of NJ, NYC, and Long Island. Connecticut and New Hampshire tomorrow.
