This is normally is one of the most spectacular overlooks in Utah…The Wedge. From The Wedge one can see the Grand Canyon of Utah spread out below. Unfortunately smoke from the West Coast has dimmed the view. 
The Wedge is located in the northern section of the San Raphael Swell. The San Raphael swell is an area South of Price, UT, east of Castle Dale, UT, north of Hanksville, UT and west of Green River, UT. The Swell is cut into a north section and a south section by I70.
